General information: Our luxury family
villa has a garden facing view, built on a totally modern concept
in living. One, which blends with the Sri Lankan life style,
has been introduced through the Lotus Grove
residences. Modern homes with facilities that range from
swimming pool, Gym, 24hrs security are part of this neighborhood
at Dehiwela (see map below). Games room with Table tennis, Squash
and Tennis courts are also available within the complex for you
to enjoy.
Our homes are all equipped with high-speed Internet access (WIfi).
Full air conditioning and ceiling fans are fitted to all bedrooms
and Family Room.
Lounge: Family
room with luxurious sofas, large TV with cable, DVD player, hifi
surround sound, ceiling fan and patio doors to large balcony area.
The lounge has a 3 seater and 2,single seater sofas. The Dining
area has a large table & chairs.
Kitchen: Our fully equipped open
plan kitchen is equipped with large electric oven, fridge, freezer,
microwave, bread maker, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and filter coffee
machine.
Our separate breakfast room has a table
with 4 chairs.
Bedroom(s): The Upstairs Master
Bedroom has a South-facing balcony with views across the garden
with TV & DVD player.There are two further bedrooms upstairs,
one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Downstairs there is a
large porch area, safe for children to play
or for car parking.
Bathroom(s): Upstairs Master
Bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom, large shower enclosure,
w/c, and granite top washbasin. An additional bathroom upstairs
has a shower, w/c and granite wash basin. There is also an outdoor
wash area by the porch.

along the Galle Road (South Coast Hwy) etc.
The pool within the complex is protected by a child security fence,
for peace of mind for those with small children. Trained lifeguards
also protect all external access doors to the pool area.
Our home is cared for by a small family run business,
who are available for you to answer any queries or problems that
may arise during your stay. Our home will be cleaned prior to your
arrival and all linen and towels will be replaced. It will be serviced
twice a week to make sure all your holiday needs are in order.
Additionally complex facilities are all open to you, at no extra
cost.
