Rosita is spacious, comfortable, smartly-furnished and well-managed five-bedroom bungalow perched on a neatly clipped lawn and surrounded by verdant tea plantations. You can smell the sweet scent of the area’s Dimbulla Tea wafting through the property. On clear days Adams Peak can be seen rising from the distance. Inside, the sitting and morning rooms have open fireplaces, providing warmth on the cooler evenings.

Products & Services :The bungalow has four spacious fully furnished double rooms with attached toilets and a single room with a detached toilet. All the rooms are non A/C and all the bathrooms have hot water. There is a personal butler to look after you during your stay and the chef is confident cooking both Sri Lankan rice and curries and western food. The surrounding area provides plenty of hiking options, including trips to the Devon and St Clair’s waterfalls or Horton Plains.

Rosita bungalow is situated in Kotagala in the Dimbulla Valley, which is famous for its fine aromatic ‘Dimbulla’ tea and close to Talawakele, another town renowned for its picturesque tea estates, and Hatton. Horton Plains and Adams Peak are nearby. The drive from Colombo takes approximately four hours.
