The Hotel Sunflower is situated on the seafront, in the very heart of Negombo, an area that is well known for its slow pace of life and tranquil setting. The resort was once a fishing village and you can still see much of its original character. The sight of fishermen arriving on shore in the morning ready to sell their catches at the local market is a regular occurrence.
