Parliamentary committee decides to take legal action against 59 unruly lawmakers

Feb 23, Colombo: The special Parliamentary Committee that investigated into the unruly incidents in the Chamber on November 14, 15 and 16 has decided to take legal action under the instructions of the Attorney General against 59 parliamentarians who threw chili powder at police officers and hurled chairs and books at other lawmakers.
