Restaurant, where delicious cuisine in traditional South Asian and Western
styles makes healthy eating a pleasure.
Vatha, pitha and kapha
The balance of these three grand Ayurvedic life principles
is achieved in significant measure through diet. All dishes served at
Meedhupparu Ayurveda Restaurant are classified in terms of the vatha,
pitha and kapha attributes and carefully marked so that each guest may
choose dishes appropriate to his or her constitution.

Night fishing
Night fishing is the most popular excursion in Maldives . Enjoy the
beautiful sunset while dropping a hand line near a reef or an ideal fishing
spot. Garuppas, Snappers, Squirrelfish, Skipjacks or Barracudas might
be part of your catch!
Baitfish, weight, lines and hooks are all provided and our friendly
boat crews will assist to make your night fishing experience a truly
special one.
Your catch of the night will be served at your request in the restaurant
the next day during dinner. (There is a maximum limit of two fish per
person).
Fisherman's island
Visit the School, the Mosques, the Harbour and other historical places,
of an amazing island that just about one thousand people call home.
Uninhabited island
Swim, snorkel, play beach games or even sunbathe on what will feel like
your own private island. Spend the day in warm sunshine and take with
you a memory that will last a lifetime.
Morning fishing
Fishing in the morning is the traditional
fishing method of the Maldives . For this, you just drop the line into
the sea and wait... The Maldivian traditional boat ‘Dhoni', will move
within the atoll to catch the fish for you.
Sunset/ sunrise photo flips
Experience the dawn of the day in the calm waters of early morning sea
to witness the Maldivian golden sunrise.
Take amazing photographs of this small coral and sandy paradise where
North meets South. The boat moves slowly around Meedhupparu and some
its neighbours to give you an opportunity to capture the clouds of different
colours together with the islands underneath and the sun sinking into
the beautiful sea.

43 acres of land base has a lush and thick vegetation all around and
is the only resort developed in the Raa Atoll. The Island has excellent
beach surrounding it and a large lagoon area, which is ideal for water
sports. It is close proximity to excellent diving areas hitherto unexplored.
